Shipment Processing

We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible, all orders are required adult signature and are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekend.

Return Policy

Oils, Oud Chips and essence, Gift boxes are not returnable nor exchangeable.

Perfumes purchased through the Khaleej  Oud website are exchangeable or returnable as long as they are sealed within their original packaging, and are in the same condition received.  All requests for an exchange or return must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order. Khaleej Oud is not responsible for any return shipping expenses due to buyer’s remorse returns, such as changed of mind, undelivered address or ordered by mistake. We do not return or exchange an item that was bought in another country. All returns and exchanges will have to be processed in the same country the purchase was made.

Note: Your transaction will appear as “KhaleejOud” on your statement.

We reserve the right not to sell to resellers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us, and or to limit quantities of any order, without giving any reason. If your order is canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have given us with the order. You will be refunded if your order is canceled before being shipped.

Every customer enjoys FREE STANDARD SHIPPING with orders of $275 or more. Free Shipping offer is valid on orders containing full price product shipped in the continental United States and applies to Standard Ground shipping orders only. Gift certificates do not qualify for the promotion. Not valid for cash. Previous purchases are not eligible for adjustments.

Our express shipping does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO orders will be shipped via Smartpost please anticipate a 4 to 6 week delivery. Standard shipping charges apply. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories take 6-8 weeks. We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

Please note, due to shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.
